NANSEN FIELD USER CLUBS
Fram
Soccer
Nansen Field is the
home of Sportsklubben Fram Soccer, which has produced more
than 12 U.S. National Team players, including Cobi Jones and
Joy Fawcett. In the past 5 years over 80 Fram players have
gone on to play at notable 4-year colleges. Fram is also the
home of the Fram/Ajax Womens team who are the current Womens
Open Cup National Champions and who compete in the WPSL.

Sportsklubben
Fram
Sportsklubben Fram is a traditional Norwegian athletic club,
providing opportunities for all members to stay active and
healthy in mind and body. Members can practice sports
activities at the Nansen Field facility, and qualify for
"Idrettsmerket" in track and field. Sportsklubben
Fram is also a social organization, hosting the annual
Mid-Summer Party, Oktoberfest and Christmas Party at the
Nansen Field club house.

Brits at
Nansen
Brits at Nansen is a non profit user group formed to provide support financial or otherwise to Sportsklubben Fram Soccer Inc, SCAN, Sportsklubben Fram, and the Nansen Field Foundation.
The Goal of Brits at Nansen is to contribute to the fulfillment of cultural, athletic, education and social needs of the Scandinavian-American and local communities and to ensure the continuous improvement and upkeep of Nansen Field.

The
Norwegian Fish Club (Fiskeklubben)
The Norwegian Fish Club meets once a month for traditional
Norwegian Fish dinners, complete with all the requisite
components. Participation and membership is by invitation. By
club rules, all members and guests must be male.

Sons of
Norway
Nansenfield is home to the Sons of Norway - Ulabrand Hall. The mission of Sons of Norway is to promote, preserve, and cherish a lasting appreciation of the heritage and culture of Norway and other Nordic countries while growing soundly as a fraternal benefit society and offering maximum benefits to its members.
